Born in 1964, Lee Bul lives and works in Seoul, Korea. Her varied artistic production, in sculpture, performance, and video explores the nexus of nature, technology, and the human body. Lee's work has been featured in solo exhibitions in major institutions throughout the world, including the Museum of Modern Art, New York, the New Museum of Contemporary Art, New York, Le Consortium, Dijon, and the Japan Foundation, Tokyo.
